-It was a tad bit windy on the way back. But aside from that, it was a beautiful Wednesday morning run.

-Great to see Yorkie and Bubble Wrap back out.

-Romans 12:1 "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship." Everything we do and say should honor him. He has given us life. Let's not take opportunities we have for granted.
