Playground

  • Bonnie Blairs (hard way)

Swings

  • Swirkins
  • Monkey humpers
  • Squats

Corner

  • Flutter kicks (hard way)
  • American hammers
  • Merkins

Station 4:

Tables

  • Box jumps / step ups
  • Gas pumpers
  • Shoulder tap Merkins (both shoulders each)

Station 5:

Corner

  • Lunge walk to pull up bars and back to corner
