Rifle carry block to bottom of Fury Road

-Great work by all this morning. Heart rate got up quickly during the suicides and stayed up. That hill keeps going.

-Not sure EncinoMan’s heart rate came down before COT because he called himself Inspector. YHC can’t deny those flowing locks are something to envy as are the legs that come out of those hoochie daddy shorts but YHC thinks EncinoMan should keep his man crush to himself. You just never know what is going to happen at Fury.

-YHC shared Isaiah 9:6-7. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. The Hebrew word for peace is Shalom and the word actually refers to something that is complete and full. When we have peace in our lives, we are complete. There is no dissension in our family or at work, we have this kind of peace. And usually, we find this peace when we keep our eyes focused on Him. That’s the challenge every day.
