SSH x 20, merkins x 20
SSH x 15, merkins x 15
SSH x 10, merkins x 10
SSH x 5, merkins x 5
Mosey to the coupon cage and grab 2 of the x-shaped border blocks each or dongers. Rifle carry to the roundhouse in the middle.
The Thang:
Tabata timer set for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. For the entire workout, 3 rounds of work will be done. After 3 rounds, PAX will walk around the roundhouse doing different exericses and return to the starting point.
Exercises
Reverse flys/LBCs/reverse flys – farmer carry right hand around roundhouse
Single arm chest press/BBSUs/single arm chest press – farmer carry left
Alternating rows/leg raises/alternating rows – LBACs while walking around roundhouse
Alternating bicep curls/high plank/alternating bicep curl – Reverse LBACs while walking around roundhouse
Pullover/low plank/pullover – Moroccon nightclubs while walking around roundhouse
Flutter kicks with block extended/chest press/flutter kicks with block extended
Return blocks and get back to flag.
