 Grab a block and head to the Jeffs Barber Shop. 
 AMRAP 15 minutes 
 25 Overhead press, 25 Bonnie Blairs (the hard way) 
 Run up to the top of Charles Street do 25 Big Boi sit-ups, run back down, Rinse and repeat 
 AMRAP 15 minutes 
 25 curls. 25 squats 
 Run up to the top of Charles Street do 25 American Hammers (the hard way), run back down, Rinse and repeat 
 We stopped with 5 minutes to spare and did 10 Burpees.

 Great Job this morning guys! Didn't realize how many Burpees that was during the warmup until after we actually did them. Probably not the smartest thing I've done. Oh well we all got better this morning! Also, Crayola is faster without his Gallbladder
